- We offer 100% refund on our product, if client is not satisfied on all floral returned (picked up) within 24 hours. We do not give credit, or refund on product not returned, or (after 24 hours).
- To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we can only guarantee orders for same day delivery unless these are received by 12:00 p.m. Due to our centric location, most of the time we do the best to accommodate our customer's needs and deliver the same day.
- We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 6:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 9:00 PM. We do our best to meet these delivery deadlines but we cannot accommodate specific windows of time due to the traffic, or weather conditions.
- In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc, the following steps will be taken:
- Complimentary delivery attempt will be made during the next business day.
- Any additional delivery attempts after that point are subject to a re-delivery charge of $20.
- If a delivery cannot be completed after three (2) days (including the original delivery day) from the initially scheduled delivery date, we would be happy to create a new arrangement at 50% of the original arrangement price.
